Happy 16 month birthday!

Ryan Maloney

Today she realized bracelets can also be looped around her foot and how to shake her head no while giggling hard enough to make waves in the tub when asked if she was ready to come out!

Say bye bye!

Ryan Maloney

I've been home with Qynn since the 19th and she's been home from daycare since the 15th and while some of these past weeks contained the scariest times we've ever faced, we got to be a threesome and really be a part of Qynn's every moment. I sware I watched her hair actually grow, her sense of humor explode with new giggles and her confidence and pride swell as she took to strutting through the streets and stores. I've got to figure out how I can stay this present in her life as I start back up to five days a week away from her while she is teaching all her friends her new tricks in daycare...

That corner is huge without "Daaahhh" filling it!

"Ahiiii didit"

Ryan Maloney

I think we can officially say that Qynn's first phrase is "I did it!" And I love what that says about her!

She has also been very good at "ahhup an ahhown" up & down. And her use of jazz hands is getting quite prolific - but right now it means all done.

Qynn has been with me almost all month and with Grammie and poppie all week - and her complete contentment shows -along with a fantastic sense of humor and understanding of when she is entertaining or being entertained.

The holidays have been a blessing in so many ways!
